Welcome to CSS ACE. By using our service at cssacepk.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years old
- You can enter a binding legal agreement
- You will comply with all laws of Pakistan
- All information you provide is accurate
2. Description of Service
CSS ACE helps students prepare for the CSS examination (FPSC Pakistan). Our services include:
- AI Essay Grading: Automated essay evaluation
- Past Papers: CSS exam questions (2021-2025)
- Current Affairs: Curated CSS-relevant news
- Study Analytics: Track your progress
IMPORTANT: CSS ACE is NOT affiliated with FPSC or the Government of Pakistan. We are an independent educational tool.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
3.1 Nature of AI Grading
Our AI grading (Google Gemini) is for practice only. You understand that:
- AI may contain errors or inaccuracies
- AI scores are NOT official FPSC results
- AI feedback is one study tool, not the only guide
- Your final exam depends on actual FPSC examiners
3.2 No Guarantee of Results
CSS ACE does not guarantee that users will pass the CSS examination, achieve any specific score, or that AI-generated scores will match those assigned by FPSC examiners. Our service is a study aid and should be used in conjunction with other preparation methods.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Report unauthorized access immediately
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Share account credentials
- Hack or exploit our systems
- Submit plagiarized essays
- Use bots or automated scripts
- Violate Pakistani laws
5. Subscription & Payments
5.1 Plans
- Free: 2 essays/month
- Basic: ₨2,499/month - 10 essays/month
- Premium: ₨4,499/month - 30 essays/month
5.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the user
- Essay grading credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
- Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle
- Payment processing is handled securely through our payment gateway provider
5.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to premium features upon subscription, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Service outage exceeding 7 consecutive days that prevents access to subscribed features
- Duplicate or erroneous charges resulting from technical or billing errors
- Verified technical issues that prevent access to the service, where resolution cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date by contacting careerhubaiaus@gmail.com. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved refunds will be processed at our sole discretion within 14 business days.
5.4 Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation, future billing cycles will be prevented. However, access to subscribed features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods. Cancellation does not entitle users to a prorated refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSS ACE and its operators shall not be held liable for:
- Failure to pass the CSS examination or achieve desired results
- Any decisions made in reliance on AI-generated feedback or grading
- Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability of features
- Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Maximum Liability: In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CSS ACE in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
8. Changes to Terms
CSS ACE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email to their registered email address. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
